PtX act as a catalyst which “energize” the fuels and increase the ratio of lighter hydrocarbon components in fuels. Its also help the diesel fossil fuel hydrocarbon molecule becomes shorter in order to increase the surface area and attracting more hydrogen.

Yes, PT is tested and proven to be effective for all type diesel and bio diesel.
No, PT treats fuel infect our test together UTM (ADC) and SIRIM has proven additional benefit after installing PT. Ie: Engine temperature reduction, Prolong engine life, prolong engine oil life, in addition engine will be cleaner.
The PT treat fuel by catalytic reaction and the effect is long term, fuel treatment chemical are mainly cetane booster which enhance fuel combustion, but the affect is temporary. (if you do not add the chemical you do not get the result. Using fuel treatment chemical regularly will also incur additional cost and may also cause adverse effect to the engine due to its chemical composition.)
As a general guideline PT will last 5 years after installation. The performance of PT depends on the fuel consumption and the travel mileage. In some cases, vehicle installed with PT still works after 9 years installation.
PT should be install nearest to the fuel tank away from the engine (away from heat) before fuel filter and fuel pump. Installation of PT involve only minor modification on fuel supply piping. PT is secured on the body frame structure using two large horse clip. It is also important to check and make sure the fuel supply horse has no obstruction that may affect the fuel flows and all connection to check for any possible linkages.
We warrant PT on manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please refer to the warranty term and condition stated on our warranty card.
